Last night, Sunday, March 22, after a 41 hour "aviation expedition," Poly's Team South Africa arrived at Cape Town International Airport. We were greeted by Siviwe and members of iThuba. We zipped across town and checked into our hotel rooms... and the group gladly went to bed, being able to lie down on a bed for the first time since Thursday, March 19:-) This morning, March 22, the group awakened to picturesque views of Cape Town's majestic mountains (tomorrow, Tuesday, March 23,we'll climb the pointed mountain, Lion's Head). At breakfast, the students were all smiles- waffles, fresh fruit and lots of quality sleep.
